  1. The prizeOne Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max, colour chosen by GiveX India. If it is unavailable at fulfilment, the winner gets an iPhone 17 Pro Max. One winner. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash unless the law requires it.
  2. DatesEntries opened on 4 September 2026 and close on Monday 28 September 2026 at 6:00 PM IST. Entries after the close are not valid.
  3. Who can enterResidents of India aged 18 or older, with one GiveX India account verified by their own mobile number. One account and one mobile number per person.
  4. Same chance for everyoneEvery valid entry has the same chance. No purchase is needed to enter or win. There are no paid or extra entries, and buying a membership does not change anyone’s chance.
  5. The quiz10 questions, 30 seconds each, 8 correct to qualify, one reset with fresh questions. A question not answered in time counts as wrong. After each answer you see only right or wrong. Only the account holder may answer; automated tools, shared answers or several accounts void the entry.
  6. How the winner is chosenAfter the close, by computerised random selection from all valid entries. The result is announced on 28 September 2026, after the close, on Instagram @givexindia, and the confirmed winner is published on the GiveX India website after verification.
  7. If you winWe contact you on the mobile number and email on your account. Reply within 48 hours, or an alternate winner is selected the same way.
  8. Before the prize is releasedShow government photo ID and proof of an address in India. The prize is delivered to an address in India within 30 days of successful verification.
  9. Your detailsThe winner’s photo is used for promotion only with separate consent. Verification documents are deleted after the prize is delivered and any legal retention period.
  10. Stay safeGiveX India never asks for your password or UPI PIN.
